Hennessey has enhanced the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing with their H1000 package, significantly increasing its power. The H1000 package boosts the car’s power to 1,000 brake horsepower and 966 pound-feet of torque. With this upgrade, the car can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.5 seconds and has a top speed exceeding 200 miles per hour. This modified version is a full second quicker than the stock CT5-V Blackwing, which has 668 horsepower and 659 pound-feet of torque. Hennessey improved various engine components, including the intake, exhaust valves, pushrods, lifters, and superchargers, among others, to achieve this power increase. The car retains its original design, with only Hennessey and H1000 logos and a serial numbered plaque added. Professional installation and a two-year/24,000-mile warranty are included.
This upgrade is available for the Blackwing version of the CT5-V, not the non-Blackwing model. Production is set to begin in August, and pricing details are yet to be released.
