Bugatti announced the end of the Chiron model after eight years since its introduction in 2016. The final Chiron is the 1500 PS trim and is not the end of the Chiron model entirely or the W16 powerplant. The last Chiron, finished in Nocturne and Copper colors, is delivered to Bilal Hydrie, a Canadian oil and gas company executive.
Hydrie ordered his final Chiron in November 2021, and the cost is upwards of $3,000,000.
This comes after the delivery of the final Chiron Super Sport 300+ and the sale of the final available-for-sale Chiron Profilèe for $10.8 million at auction last year. The remaining Chiron models include the Chiron Pur Sport, Mistral, and Bolide, with unclear delivery dates. The successor to the Chiron will feature a hybrid V8 drivetrain, and its unveiling is expected this year with production starting in 2026.
