The C8 Corvette has gained popularity not only in the US but also internationally, particularly in Europe and other countries. Its global appeal has led to interest from foreign tuners, including German Geiger Cars, which recently marked its 45th anniversary with a modified version of the vehicle.
Geiger Cars started by upgrading the 6.2L V8 engine, enhancing the intake manifold, installing a new throttle body, and adjusting the engine software. These modifications resulted in a power output of 522HP and 481 lb-ft of torque. The car is equipped with a Tremec 8-speed DCT transmission and features the stock Z51 performance exhaust.
In addition to the engine upgrades, Geiger also improved the braking performance by adding 14.8-inch rotors at the front, along with braided brake lines. The suspension has been upgraded with KW V5 Clubsport coilovers, concealed behind OZ Ultraleggera wheels with a bronze finish. The C8 Corvette also boasts a striking appearance, with dark green paint, carbon fiber aero parts, and a refined leather interior. In Germany, this tuning package is priced at approximately $162,000 USD.
