Maserati has introduced the GranCabrio Folgore, which is an all-electric convertible that offers a range of 280 miles and 818 horsepower. The car shares its drivetrain with the GranTurismo and has three motors and a 92.5kWh T-shaped battery. When in ‘MaxBoost’ mode, the GranCabrio Folgore boasts 818 hp (610kW), while in standard operation, it offers 751 hp.
The car’s T-shaped 92.5kWh lithium-ion battery allows for regenerative braking and fast charging capabilities. Maserati has included an onboard ‘DC Booster’ for lower voltage charging and tips for maximizing range.
Luxury features of the GranCabrio Folgore include up to 16 speakers and seat-mounted heaters. The car has a sophisticated interior and a six-figure price tag. It also features a double wishbone and multilink suspension, which makes the ride comfortable. Additionally, paddles control regenerative braking, optimizing the car’s range.
