America’s favorite off-roader gets big changes for 2024! This week, the Jeep has left us the latest Wrangler 4xe in the heritage-inspired Wrangler Willys trim. This used to be the cheapest way to get into a Jeep Wrangler 4xe, but for 2024, there’s a new Wrangler Sport S 4xe trim, which brings the base price down to just over $50k. The grille is new for 2024 and it looks great painted black with this Silver Zynith exterior color.
Under the hood, the Wrangler 4xe continues to be powered by a 2.0L turbo 4-cylinder with 2-electric motors drawing power from a 17.1 kWh battery pack, good for up to 22 miles of EV-only range. With 375 HP and 470 lb-ft of torque.
The inside is where you’ll find the biggest changes with every Wrangler getting the big 12.3” U Connect 5 touch screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with getting side curtain airbags for the first time. Upper trims also offer power-adjustable front seats for the first time and more sound-deadening materials for a quieter cabin.
Pricing for this Willys trim with Convenience and Safety Group comes to $60,815 and this vehicle does qualify for a $3,750 federal tax credit.
