Honda unveils two new electric vehicle concepts at CES 2024: Saloon and Space-Hub.
The Saloon concept features an edgy design with a wedge-shaped front and fastback-styled rear, incorporating rectangular lighting elements, a new/retro “H” logo exclusively for EVs, and a minimalist cabin with a wide dash screen and yoke-style wheel.
Sport bucket seats with curved screens, sustainably sourced materials, and a steer-by-wire system are highlighted in the Saloon concept.
Production based on the Saloon concept is expected to be available in North America in 2026.
The Space-Hub minivan concept emphasizes spaciousness and visibility, but Honda has not confirmed production plans.
Both concepts are part of Honda’s new “0 Series” philosophy, featuring angular design language, new engineering practices for EVs, and incorporating technologies like artificial intelligence and advanced safety equipment.
