The Mercedes-AMG SL63 S E Performance is the most powerful SL ever with 816 horsepower. It utilizes a plug-in hybrid system combining a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine and AMG’s Electric Drive Unit.

The SL63 S E Performance can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds. It also boasts a top speed of 197 mph and has 8 miles of purely electric driving range.

AMG adapted the SL’s active aerodynamics for its electrified powertrain, enhancing its performance and handling. The vehicle features a 400-volt, 6.1-kilowatt-hour battery pack and a combination of V8 engine and electric motor.

The SL63 S E Performance has ceramic composite brakes, 20-inch multi-spoke AMG light-alloy wheels, and unique styling elements. Mercedes’ Manufaktur program offers extensive customization options for exterior and interior styling. The MBUX infotainment system includes AMG and hybrid-specific displays and functions.

Standard features include active rear-axle steering, AMG Performance 4Matic+ all-wheel-drive system, and AMG Active Ride Control suspension with semi-active roll stabilization.
